Recently I made a schengen travel insurance and after some days I wanted to extend it. They said that was impossible cause I made it more than 9 says ago, the time that allows to manage it. I didn't know about this before. So, I wanted to issue a new one but they couldn't do it cause the system was presenting some technical problems from 2 weeks ago as they said. Just amazing.

During Ramadan, offices open at 10:00 am , I visited Exit 5 branch at 10:10 and found it closed after that I went to Qurnatah Mall and found it as well closed. Waite till 11:15 and no body came. This refer to weakness of leaders and lake of self discipline in employees. I submitted a complain but I am sure that complaints manager will not take any action if there is complaints manager.
